Elevated Toilet
Sore stomach – it kills. URGENT – 10 pnts :]?
Whenever something unusual happens, I get an incredibly sore stomach (usually lower abdomen) and it is horrible. When my family and I go on vacation, I get so nervous about it that my stomach starts cramping. I try lying on my stomach with my feet elevated but nothing works, going to the toilet sometimes helps but not all the time and it’s not period pains. Please help – I don’t know how to calm myself down – what should I do besides going to the doctor?
Make yourself as relaxed as possible. Drink lots of water or liquids because it could be something that needs to pass through your system. Be close to a toilet. Maybe lie on a bed. If your on your own then ring your local doctors find that out off a directory or a phone book. Stay calm, the more you think about it the less pain you will feel. Also if you start to have a temperature put a cool flannel on your fore head and maybe have a hot water bottle on your tummy. Your muscles could be tensing which is why you apply something warm to help relax your muscles. To relax try watching a movie or reading a book. But the main thing is go to your doctor- there are many people in the world that have the same problem as you! When you go to the doctor he can give you some anxeity pills and maybe some pain killers if its that bad. Hope you get better soon!!!! xxx
